What is permanent eyeliner?
Permanent eyeliner is a semi-permanent cosmetic tattoo placed along the lash line. It makes lashes look fuller and eyes more defined, and it stays put through the gym, the beach and Miami humidity.

- Bottom eyeliner: soft definition along the lower lash line. $180 · 1 h, with the owner.
Is permanent eyeliner right for you?
It’s a good fit if you wear liner every day, if makeup smudges or runs on you, or if you find liner hard to apply evenly.
Please don’t book if you: are under 18, are pregnant or nursing, are diabetic, take blood-thinning medication, or had Botox or filler in the last 3–4 weeks.
Before your appointment
At least 24 hours before your visit, email a clear photo of your eyes in good light, with no filter and no makeup, to [email protected]. Mina uses it to plan the right shape for you.
Your appointment, step by step
Plan for about 2 hours 30 minutes for top liner, or 1 hour for bottom liner.
- Consultation: we talk about how you wear liner today and the look you want.
- Design: the shape is drawn on, and you approve it before anything starts.
- Pigment: chosen to suit your eye and skin color.
- Application: built up carefully along the lash line.
- Aftercare: you go home with clear instructions.
Healing: what to expect
- Days 1–2: mild swelling is possible, and the liner looks darker and thicker than the final result.
- Days 4–7: light flaking. Let it come off on its own.
- Weeks 3–4: the liner settles into its final, softer look, and your touch-up perfects any gaps.
Results typically last 1 to 3 years, depending on your skin and lifestyle.

Do I need a touch-up?
Most clients book one after healing to perfect any lighter areas.
